250 Ron Paul "Handouts" for $5.25

I'd suggest complementing these witha Ron Paul t-shirt, so when people see in big red letters "Ron Paul 2008" they ask "who's ron paul" or "what does that guy stand for" or "how is that guy going to save this country?" etc, you tell them a bit, and hand them one of these handouts for more info. Its a nice way to prompt people without actually aggressively passing handouts everywhere.

Exactly. I put a bumper sticker on my work station's monitor. "Who's Ron Paul?" someone asked the very day I put the sticker up.

I think we should think about getting a bit more organized in regard to the shirts, business cards, etc. I'm sure one of the Ron Paul supporters either owns and operates, works at, or knows someone who works at, a printing shop that procudes such items, and we should be able to standardize our approach. If we all wear one and the same shirt, all hand out similar business cards, etc., and get all those items in bulk, we can be more efficient and more effective.

Where to put business cards

Leave a Ron Paul "business card" on the table with your tip at restaurants, in the canister when you go through the drive-through at the bank, on community bulletin boards like at schools or grocery stores, on the treadmill at the gym, on tables in the waiting room at doctors' offices, and anywhere else you can think of!!

:)

I just ordered 250 of these to distribute at Bonnaroo

Nice! After placing the order, I received 500 bonus cards for only $3.74.

I didn't get that. :( I got an offer of 250 for $7.49, with free shipping. But I didn't spring for the backside either.

I'll take the free offer again though - it's better than that add-on.

I had to adjust JoshLowry's design a little. That "line 4" trick didn't break right for me, and I decided to omit the gun control line altogether, because this is the heart of liberal land.

Line 4 doesn't break right, but just make Line 3 have two lines worth of info and it will carry over to fil in the gap!!

I'm ordering 10,000 for $163.51 ($0.016 per card) with the following text:

On the front:

RonPaul2008.com
Vote for Dr. Ron Paul
Brief Overview
Voted against Iraq War
Voted against Patriot Act
Never voted to raise taxes
Never voted to increase government
Opposes Internet regulation
Opposes War on Drugs
Opposes torture
Supports non-interventionist foreign policy
Supports habeas corpus

On the back (additional $9.99 flat)

for articles by Congressman Paul visit
www.ronpaullibrary.org

Live in California, and think the "Opposes War on Drugs" will go over better than "Never voted for gun control". Had to leave the "congressional pay" and "unbalanced budget" out because of character length issues.

Careful, they go quick. :D

Got all of mine passed out already. Put a lot out at our last "traffic jam" They are good little cards. Glad to hear about others doing the same.

My Cards are in!

Great to see everybody getting the cards.

My 5000 came in today and they look great! Added a pic, Color and 2 sided for $100.

Will be attending first meetup and sharing with the group. Will look for big crowds like fairs or such. Lots of Freedom loving people here in AZ!

Go Ron!

Pics of my cards on page 2. If anybody wants some of my cards, e-mail me, I'll send them out for free,
Aaron

Just ordered 1250 and 100 matching post cards to mail out to locally identified folks. (got a free stamp too, can't beat it)

Can't wait!

Yeah, the free stuff comes in handy. Just wait till they send you an e-mail with an offer of all kinds of free stuff. Business cards, stamps, postcards, etc. You just end up paying for shipping, but you can get a bunch of freebies.

Thanks, I just placed an order! This is an inexpensive and effective way to get the word out about RP!

Just a suggestion to put on your cards:

-Join the Revolution at meetup.com
-www.ronpaul2008.com

We here in the Austin meetup.com group already have a ton of stuff to hand out, probably more than we can handle, but this thread is really good for individuals.

I am from the deep deep south where the war is not extremely unpopular. We claim to like states rights and small gov (yet somehow still think Bushie fits this)......

So can someone give your opinion on this card appealing to southern conservatives? I am about to buy 10k and dont want to have zero other input.

Suggestions are not only welcomed, but asked for.........

Add rated as "Taxpayer's friend" for 10 consecutive years by the NTU, if possible.

Always votes for more funding for veterans.

Yea, I would change the title as well as adding something about taxes.

I had a few people ask me what he was running for. I didn't realize I forgot to say that til after I had them.

Put 'For President in 08' or something to that effect on the card in a prominent position.

My cards were handed out easily, but I don't know what people thought about them. They should go fast. ;)

^&^^ Thanks for the suggestions. I did them and it made the card a good bit better.

Now in the cart they go, in the mail they come, to the group for distribution they will go.

something on the side though:

It is extremely sad that "pro-HC" is even a topic..... That would be unimaginable just a few years ago (except to the AEI)
