Here in rural Pinal County, Arizona, the "pen" they gave me to vote was marker-like in its ink (to "fill in" the bubble on the ballot I just pressed down and the ink would bleed out to fill it) . It was not in any way like a normal pen. Alongside my girlfriend, we were the only two mask-free individuals in line to vote, so, despite Pinal County being very red, maybe Democrats just had strong turnout.
If they planned their fraud down to that level of detail, then I am impressed. Otherwise I have no idea what to make of it. My vote for Trump was another of the "buying time" votes with a faint shred of optimism, and given the Democrat's blatant voter fraud in critical states it seems likely we're going to find out whether the left's actions are going to match their rhetoric leading up to this point. God help us all if they turn their words into action. The best case scenario is they are content with rampant corruption and leave us mostly unscathed. I say mostly unscathed because there is no question they will increase control over our lives, and it is only a question of how much. Their appetite for the destruction of traditional American liberty is endless.
There is no reason to be optimistic about the future of this country. The damage is done and the barbarians are already inside the gates. It seems the fate of the United States of America is to regress back into the chasm in which the rest of the world resides. It was a noble experiment, but the people themselves could not live up to the example set by the founders. As Anti Federalist has always correctly said, freedom is not popular. It is, in fact, despised by most of the species. There will be no awakening to its merits no matter how bad things get, and the rest of the world is testament to that fact. Ron Paul would have been president in '08 and '12 if freedom were popular, but he was only ever popular with a small segment of the population that would have found common cause with this country's ancestors. No matter how strong in spirit the advocates of freedom are, we are too few in number to prevent the destruction of our way of life.
Knowing the nature of the right, there will be no meaningful resistance should things get bad. The people that believe Democrats and Republicans are all the same, that they can just choose to opt out of the system and things will be fine, do not understand the nature of the left. These are people that believe strongly in freedom but will be swept aside via brute force. The people that want the moral high ground, another key feature of the right, will be too paralyzed to ever take action against anything other than the most direct form of aggression. This is another group that prizes freedom and will be swept aside by the ruthless undermining of their positions. The right only ever wanted to honorably conduct their lives as they saw fit. And it is that exact feature that ensures there is not enough of a unifying cohesion to resist the left's zealous pursuit of collectivism.
