Depends on if Hal Rodgers retires in KY-5. If so, I really hope Rand or Massie know someone they could both endorse, the demographics are pretty much the same as Massie's district and it would be an easy pick-up for a lifetime seat.

I'm in Dingle's district and it's highly democratic as one might imagine. I'll be helping Kerry stave off a primary by the local party shitheads presuming they're still in charge down the line.

That seat has been held by a John Dingle since 1933. Dingle Jr has held the seat since 1955 and his dad held it before him.

PA-13, Allyson Schwartz (d) is serving her 5th term. She got 69% of the vote in 2012. She's beatable but only by an extremely well funded seasoned professional politician. I don't see any chance for one of our guys making a play here. She will likely hold the seat until it is gerrymandered back to Republicans.

Except that now, the redistricting made the district even more entrenched to democrats. Granted, less dems voted in 2010 but he got 121k votes then and 216k in 2012 which shows how much the redistricting benefitted him. Got 61% of the votes in 2010 and 68% recently, the republican got 29% (+3%LP) in 2012 compared to 35% (+2%LP/CP) in 2010.

Represented by Bob Dold (R) until he was beaten and Brad Schneider (D) moved in. District is very wealthy in the south and blue collar in the north. It is a swing district, but there are very few liberty-minded politicians.

Brady has also been saying a lot of nice things about Ron Paul all of the sudden which I take to mean there are a substantial number of us in this district.

Could be. He had a primary challenger in 2012. I don't think the guy got anywhere close to beating him, but maybe he received more votes than other challengers have in the past. I don't think the guy challenging Brady had any money at all as I never saw so much as a single sign for him anywhere. Brady has held this office since 1997.

I try. I've been writing him quite a bit lately, encouraging him to vote the right way on issues like SOPA, NDAA and auditing the Fed, among other things. Hopefully others have been as well and it's starting to have some effect. I would love for his voting record to improve so that it matches some of this recent rhetoric,

The Constitution just says you have to be an "inhabitant" of the state at the time you're elected, not necessarily a "resident".

So this definitely includes any district in your current state, and doesn't require living in a new state for a certain period of time before the election.
