2011 Q4/YE FEC reports going up now

80211 is the zip I'm interested in. I was able to pull up some contributions from Q4 on fec.gov but it was definitely not complete. Thanks.

That's it? Weird. I should definitely be on there. Thanks, though! I know the bottom two folks, however--both Ron Paul supporters. How did you pull those names?

Zip search is zip of the employer, I believe. I just did a search for my downtown neighborhood and it was all people who work at businesses here, not residents.

Anyone looking for any stats in particular? Here's some based on if a word is given in the occupation:

I'm searching through the data I've extracted, so I'm not using any search provided by the site. The zip codes I'm matching are the addresses given by the person.

Fun fact: The zip code I grew up in (not a particularly wealthy one) gave the 3rd most donations.

I think it's neat, anyway.

Maybe we can get the numbers donated from students and see if Ron scores the highest. That could be another talking point!

Was hoping they had a little more squirreled away after Q4 fundraising. Looks like they spent more than they took in over that timeframe. Going to be light on air cover (TV ads) going in to Super Tuesday unless the superPACs step up.

four years in a depression will do that.

I think the first 3 quarters more than made up for it, a lot of people donated more, earlier.
In Q4 2007 we had the 5th of November, and Tea Party moneybombs. Largest 2 in history.

The burn rate for the Campaign in the 4th Qtr has been extremely HIGH. Only $1.9 million on hand.

January was not a great fund raising month, likely in the $3.8 million range, less than Santorum who has giddy last night on CNN that his Campaign has raised $4.2 Million in the first month of the year.

The No One But Paul is going to have to be a HUGE SUCCESS!!! Probably at least $5 Million between 14-17 February. These donations will be critical for Super Tuesday, March 6th.

With only $1.9 Million on hand Ron has little cushion..........

I thought last time the problem was that the campaign was not spending enough money, but now they're spending too much money? But don't forget that there's a number of Super PACs supporting Ron Paul now that should also be taken into account for money going forwards.

Here's the amount of money donated on each day grouped by month:
