He won Jefferson county last time. They're reporting at 0 percent right now. I think it is one of the smaller one, though.

Doesn't really match. Pocahontas had Paul at 21% now 16%. But in general most of the good Paul counties still need to come. Jefferson is a pretty big one though. Almost 900 votes. Also Davis and Van Buren were Ron Paul country. Let us hope.
