Ron Paul is the greatest American of my lifetime. We have a chance to win. We need to go all out now. We've waited 200 years for another Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson said his election, after the establishment of the first Bank of the United States, the Alien and Sedition Acts, and no one being fired from the Washington administration as Adams added more beaurocrats, was as much a revolution as the Revolutionary War. this thread brings me tears of joy . I had to read every post. I wanna thank harry browne for opening my eyes to be able to understand the ron paul message. I wanna thank all the rpf members who encouraged me to stay in the gop back in 2008. I wanna thank the rally for the republic, emily and paul and all the ronstockers in 2008 who motivated me to stay in the gop after the lying gop establishment/media marginalized ron paul in 2008. I wanna thank all the rpf members that said ron paul was not going to run after 2008. They motivated me to be pissed off at them to demand Ron paul RUN in 2012 still remember those threads hehe

I wanna also thank every lurker and all the newbies since 2008. If there was one song in my childhood that opened my eyes to the corruption in our government and the problems this country faced it was This Movie and Song and to this day i cannot listen or watch this movie without a flood of emotions and Ron Paul 2012 coming to my mind. I know how much my support of Ron Paul cost me, both financially and personally, but it's nothing I will elaborate on here.

Wish I could do more this time around, but circumstances have changed for me and not for the better, so it's very pleasing to see so many new supporters and new enthusiasm for the simple ideas that Ron Paul champions.

We might have been the Remnant then, but the Great Awakening has occurred and soon, if not already, the paradigm will shift and what was controversial and conspiratorial will suddenly become conventional wisdom and common sense.

The seeds go back a lot further than 2007, for sure. I first learned of Dr. Paul in 2005 when the FDA tried to shut down my Internet business. I had to hire Jonathan Emord to represent me and my business, and learn how to "play the game" to stay in business. We worked that year to try and pass a health freedom bill that Dr. Paul authored (although much of the language was written by Atty. Emord), but it never made it to the floor. The pharmaceutical lobby is just too powerful. I have been educating about liberty and health freedom ever since. The message is really catching on! This year two of my children are old enough to vote! So we doubled our support...

Wow. Today we're getting some great press for once or at least a little less biased. I'm more proud to be an American today. Thank you '07ers and anyone who's joined the Ron Paul Revolution. We have a long road ahead, but more people are coming around and waking up everyday it seems. Just yesterday, I convinced a self-proclaimed socialist that a Federal government that actually followed and protected the Constitution would be the best thing for America. And it truly is.
