Does anyone need tickets to the SRLC? Some of the people i bought tickets for cannot attend, and i was told that all i had to do was call and have the names changed, so if anyone REALLY wants to go but does not have tickets please message back. they are tickets to the main hall.

Apparently Campaign for Liberty is now giving tickets away for free. So you might want to just ask Campaign for Liberty to release the tickets so they can hopefully re-issue them to unannounced guests that will hopefully show up with Ron Paul supporters on the days of the conference. Or, see http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=239061 and follow the suggestions in bold ;) .

natalie is looking for tickets in another thread. Check back in if you are following this through email.

Thanks Sarahdeez!! I already tried to send this guy a PM. No reply yet :/

Since they are "sold out", maybe ask Josh if he would do a "Have Extra/Need Extra ticket to SRLC" email blast to the the rpf list. Then have a link to a thread for people to pass on unused tiickets, for possible last minute attendees.

I had an extra ticket yesterday but released it back to C4L.

If C4L managed to issue all 800 tickets, they sure were secretive about it. Only a few hours ago, I chatted with Teri Capshaw (in charge of ticket sales) and she indicated that only "several hundred" C4L/YALers were on their way to NOLA and made no effort to discourage me from drumming up more attendance.

If they all went to Ron Paul supporters, we do indeed have a good chance of winning this. Only 568 C4L tickets were sold for CPAC and Ron ended up with 750 out of 2395 votes. So his support among non-C4Lers was 9.5%. So we could probably add a few more hundred votes for Ron Paul to the 800.

Estimates on SRLC attendance keep rising; the latest is 4,000. At SRLC 2006, 72% of attendees voted. So expect at least 3,000 votes this year in the more fiercely contested (it seems) straw poll.

I haven't asked but idk if he would want to do this. He said if he sends out too many emails people get annoyed and want to be removed from the email list. Plus He's working right now.
