I always think of France as a country that is traveling the same unfortunate path America is, only they are nearing the final destination.

It's sad really. They are protesting against economic reality. It's pointless. They must accept life and all it's responsilbiites. Running around and yelling like a bunch of spoiled kids does not help. When you produce next to nothing...you don't eat.

Socialism is a dream, it is full of empty promises. They are finding this out and they are now rebelling in futility against the laws of existence. It's funny everyone embraces Socialism out of greed, they all expect to receive something for nothing.

It's amazing people are still so naive. Perhaps they will elect an immoral dictator who will promise them everything they ask, they are approaching this point.

Perhaps the French should have their own r3volution too...a good occasion for dusting off the old guillotine!

The French have no Fluoride in their water. It really IS the key here. People need to buy a reverse osmosis filter and get off the medication. It's insane. Just do it. NOW!!

And don't tell me the big friendly govt puts Fluoride in the water to prevent cavities. Where's the folic acid to prevent birth defects. The iodine, and everything else. The govt doesn't give a shit about your damn teeth! But they do care about laughing out loud as other nations riot, and we bend over and take it up the butt.

France sucks. I lived there for a while and my husband's family is from there. I swear every single person there is a socialist. My father-in-law considered himself a conservative and he was completely socialist, he just supported the Iraq war so he thinks that makes him a conservative. All their political parties are socialist. They can only work 35 hours by law. Businesses are only allowed to have 2 sales a year. Cops patrol parking lots after work hours to make sure people aren't working. Every employer is required to give every single person that works for them 6 weeks paid vacation a year effectively immediately upon hire. There are pretty much no businesses open in August. They have a very high unemployment rate. Nobody wants to hire anybody because businesses are not allowed to fire people for whatever reason they want. Their minimum wage is ridiculously high. There are protests 24 hours a day about everything. Plus, all of my in-laws had government jobs. It's a miracle they haven't collapsed.
