They're not wrong, though. It's like last year when people declared DOMA officially dead because of the Supreme Court's ruling, when the ruling didn't have to do with the entire act.

Thanks - I think that for now this is very important for us to emphasize. Us regular folk have our privacy back, no general warrants anymore.

Terrorism can still be fought. And us small government types are not off the reservation with this.

And it's still a victory worth celebrating.
