11. The Non-Aggression Axiom, Question this podcast

I was listening to this podcast Lew put up, and it claimed that the state violates the non-aggression Axion in 2 ways.

1) it taxes by force
2) it has a monopoly on military force and requires no one else have force in a geographical area



If we go this route where we disarm the Federal Government completely (I am attracted to this idea) how do we defend ourselves internationally?

Say build nukes and such to counter Russia? I realize most of our wars are unjust random projects, but still
