I actually like this idea. I voted for John McCain last time, and I would love the RNC to know that people like myself who are and have been a registered republican are not happy and are willing to put their name on a list saying NO ONE BUT RON PAUL. I am done with the republicans after this election.

This might be a dumb question, but what is the issue with delegates signing? (I'm not one, just wondering.) Is it just that it makes it obvious that they are Paul supporters?

YES. The strategy that was used across the caucus states in 08 was to out the delegates that supported Paul and blacklist them by any means possible. Not allowing them entrance to conventions on technicalities, "lost" passes, pushing delegate slates that excluded any Paul supporters, adding delegates and alternates at later conventions that were never voted on at the precinct, etc
