I did a search and came across this site and it was mentioned that Ebay is a great place to buy silver... but the silver on ebay is selling arround 38 to 40 a oz... that's 7 to 9 dollars over spot... Am I missing something?

provident metals looks to be the cheapest i can find (through cash discount) but it could take over 3 weeks for delivery if paid by check. I only purchase <500 at a time mostly but I know buying 'bulk' often helps lower premiums. So whats the cheapest place you know of for smaller buys?
