  • When is the "event planning forum" going to be updated with stuff that's current? The Nevada, Minnesota, Colorado caucuses, and the Missouri Primary are long past.
Please check your inbox. I sent you a PM about something important a few days ago. It's pretty urgent.
Yeah the name is most probably Spanish or maybe Portuguese.

Sorry about that comment, I didn't realize it would be so controversial and certainly didn't think it would be split into a new thread. Could you delete it please? What I meant by I don't think Israel should even exist isn't in the "wipe them off the map" sense, more of an opposition to a Zionist state, or any state based on a religion/ethnicity. I support a one state solution for the Holy Land, shared between all people: Jews, Christians, Muslims, etc. Should have said it better I guess...
You fixed it, didn't you?! Thank you! I had done it right once with something else, but I couldn't get it right this time!
Yes, I know, Josh. I thought, though, that it might stop people from clicking on the dang thing and bumping it up.
The blame isn't meant for specific people. That thread was just one example of a troublesome trend in strategic thinking among the members of this movement. I thought it deserved a little attention. But it's a done deal - I did what I felt I had to do, and you did what you felt you had to do.
I'm not blaming people here for the issue coming up, I'm blaming people here for shrugging off the threat. I do it not for the joy of placing blame, but because we need to learn from this and speak to the skeletons in our candidates closets before those skeletons, to quote verbatim from the thread that you considered unimportant "blow up on MSNBC".
Your judgement notwithstanding, I consider it very helpful because this movement needs to hear it. We're too much with the rah-rah and not enough with the critical strategic analysis. Every cheerleader out there needs a kick in the pants for ignoring this issue when we should have dealt with it. And they need to see the occasional jeer from those of us who think with our heads rather than our hearts, who see things like this coming when the cheerleaders are all out there ignoring the potential pitfalls. Just my 0.02.
Not yet, we wish! One day past our due date so far. Hoping any day now, thanks for asking! :)
I don't care. Who decides your reps are worth 5 points anyway? I just reminded some people that it was 2500 and acted like it should be common knowledge, which it should be. No reason to neg rep me just because of that.
    Josh,

Please add a post about the Louisiana registration deadline to the main page. The deadline is tomorrow, Thursday December 15, and people need to be registered REPUBLICAN or they won't be able to vote for Ron Paul in the caucus.

    Thanks!
I hear ya - but what do you have to lose? A social network is different. It's never going to compete with this forum. If I wanted to start a forum I'd have done that. Either way I have no intention of disallowing links to RonPaulForums.com.
