What about something just noting it's scheduled so folks aren't fretting? Like "RonPaulForums is currently inaccessible due to scheduled maintenance and will be back online soon!"

Is it possible to change the "database error" message in vB so it shows it's just a routine database backup and the site'll be online in a few minutes? I think I've responded to at least three threads on people thinking the forum was down due to something extraordinary.
