Rand would decline an offer of VP as it would mean giving up his Senate seat and possibly being knocked out of politics all together. If it weren't a reelection year for his Senate seat, maybe. But it's not happening.
Well since the two are perfectly inversely correlated, you can't be against both. You can make any argument you want, but it falls on deaf ears, where comprehensive sex ed exists, abortion rates are dramatically lower and vice versa.
