Post Your South Carolina Predictions Here

That may be true. I think the media has been blacking out Ron Paul even more when you consider that he is really #2 right now. I think the polls are also not including a lot of voters who are mostly Ron Paul supporters. I really feel like his poll numbers are much lower than what the result...

Post Your South Carolina Predictions Here

This is great! I think these polls are way lower than what Paul is going to get based mainly on the reasons you presented here.

Anyone see the Clemson poll in Politico?

Yup I don't know what to believe anymore. Seems like even these polls have a tactical value in trying to make Ron Paul's SC support look lower than it is. The media blackout of course is also part of this.

Anyone see the Clemson poll in Politico?

My friends on why younger people are not voting as much as old people "we are too busy working" I know its not the best excuse, but there is truth in that. Most younger people are worried about survival/advancement and find little time to focus on politics, and even less to go out to vote.

Anyone see the Clemson poll in Politico?

I know what you mean. I just talked to my friend though who really hates politics, and he said he would register to vote if RP is on the ballot. Most people on here know this, but its awesome that RP is bringing out new votes. They finally see someone they can vote for without feeling like a...

    Senator Tom Davis Tweet!

UMM NO the polls are skewed. Look at the Politico poll..its 90 percent of people who are over 45! Not only has the media continued to black out Dr. Paul but the establishment has increased their efforts to undermine Ron Paul's appeal

South Carolina PPP and Rasmussen Paul Surge over last week

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/sc/south_carolina_republican_presidential_primary-1590.html Ron Paul is up 6 percent in the last week according to PPP. Went from 9 percent to 15 percent in the last week. According to Rasmussen he is up 5 percent over a similar period. Up...

    2nd Place in South Carolina.

Also Paul got 3.7 percent in SC in 2008. Now polling almost three times higher. As far as Perry, I don't think that even the media can sell him. Its easier to boost a relative unknown, than to try to boost someone who was a front runner in SC and has sunk to polling at 5 percent. Perry seems to...

    2nd Place in South Carolina.

There is a strong case to make for Ron Paul finishing second in South Carolina. Please look here for reference: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/sc/south_carolina_republican_presidential_primary-1590.html 1. Gingrich appears to be digging himself into a hole. The spat...

Ron can WIN South Carolina now

Did you see the vile frothy Santorum's surge in the Polls in SC after he got second in Iowa? He gained something like 15 percent in the polls. Ron Paul, a candidate of substance, could surge as well after this solid second place New Hampshire showing.

    PERRY IS NEXT (SC)?

Well Perry has gone from 36 percent in the polls to 5 percent. They can bring a shipwreck like Santorum to the surface but can they stop a sinking ship?

    PERRY IS NEXT (SC)?

Perry's drop in the polls in SC has been dramatic since a high of 36 percent in August. (now at 5 percent) However, with all these media inflated surges it seems that anything is possible (though Perry may be a tough sell if the reason he went from 35 percent to 5 percent in four to five months...

Can Ron Paul do better in South Carolina by focusing on States' Rights?

I think so. Who is the biggest champion of states' rights? Ron Paul of course. I think in the south, and in South Carolina especially, States' Rights are an important issue. Ron Paul consistently promotes the idea that States should control education and make decisions about drug laws, and not...
