No. People don't save. People don't have savings at home except for some people who are here from other countries who have learned from experience to not trust banks.
I'm on the fence here. It looks like the company should be on it's way to bankruptcy (or bailout). They are burning through cash at an impressive rate. But with a Steve Jobs type forward thinking hard charging front man, they could also win big.
Future profit is what it's all about. Plowing money back into the business wipes out profit, but usually means higher future profit. Taking profit now means less investing for future profit. Growing revenue usually means a growing business and more likely higher future profit.
