    Midway Games sold for $100,000

Midway struggled to make money even in the best of times.....kind of reminds me of GM and Chrysler. Good riddance to Midway. It would have been dead a long time ago if Sumner Redstone hadn't kept sinking money into that piece of crap bidness. Long live Take-Two!

    Worst CNBC analyst?

+1 million for Santelli...he's the only reason to watch CNBC IMO. As for worst, yeah, probably Liesman. He's too smarmy.

Clinton's nomination "popular", but is it constitutional?

    LOL, yeah, that's a good one. :D

Officials in Kenneth City, Fl., want to search private homes

They're busy guessing what kind of dog the Obamas are going to get, or how freaking awesome that new ring will look on Michelle Obama's finger......you know, the important stuff.

    Short US Bonds? huh?

Is there an ETF that tracks short-term treasuries, similar to how TLT tracks long-term treasuries? That might be a decent bet, since short-term rates can't go much lower before suddenly you're paying the government to be able to fund the government, rather than getting paid for funding them...

    Short US Bonds? huh?

Yeah, I'm down on TBT because they've been doing the wrong thing, and unfortunately I don't see them suddenly changing their strategy. If rates increase too much then this whole mess is gonna get a lot worse very quickly. If people aren't buying houses at 5.5% mortgage rates, then they sure...

Officials in Kenneth City, Fl., want to search private homes

That's insane. Some government bureaucrat is gonna come into my home and tell me to tidy up? Are they going to fine me if my closet isn't properly arranged and color-coded? This is bullshit....the article says that the bill is basically the same as the one passed by two other cities in the...

    Short US Bonds? huh?

I'm long TBT right now myself....it hasn't been working out too well. And if Bernanke is going to be buying long-term bonds to push mortgage rates lower (as he has threatened to do) then TBT will continue to have a tough time. I agree that in the long-term rates should go up, but it's hard to...

    British Police State marches forward

Voice stress analysis? What are they looking for in their analysis? Whether your voice is stressed? Edit: It appears to be some sort of lie detector, but why do they need to know if a welfare recipient is lying about something? Would they be lying about being poor? If they're going to use...

    WOW!..Peter Schiff gets cut off!!

Yeah, he didn't say anything new really. If they were going to cut him off, why even invite him on the show?

Why do we need to abolish the Fed? What's the alternative?

The alternative is more personal responsibility, fewer wars, smaller government, more individual liberty, less corruption and corporatism, etc. Hope that helps. :)

Abortion risk 'rises 30 per cent for women who have mental illnesses'

Lack of pirates also causes global warming. Good thing the pirates are coming back....the earth is saved! Al Gore can go back into hibernation until the number of pirates once again gets to a dangerously low level. IMO.

Rick Perry and Mark Sanford on bailout insanity

Amen. He's probably positioning for a 2012 run for pres. When the bailouts fail, he'll claim that he predicted it all along, and that he is the fiscal conservative to fix the mess. But where was he before the 7.7 trillion was committed to fixing the economy? Now that the bailouts are having...

    Mossad Behind Mumbai Bombing?

LOL! That's a good one. Yeah, our government has always had to admit mistakes when wars escalate 'too far'. They never find a scapegoat on which to blame the escalation, or the war itself. LOL! Too funny!
