Delegates can register on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, so I would assume they could show on Saturday and be seated.

Those delegates who ARE there get to vote with their full strength, so the RP people showing up and the Other people staying home works even MORE in our favor.
Just watched 2 delegates walk out my front door on their way to Ft. Worth! We're about four hours away so they have a long drive ahead of them. I sent them with Skittles and Starbursts.
When I voted absentee in 2008 you couldn't just vote absentee because you didn't want to go to the polling place. I'm pretty sure you had to be out of the county. I was at school in Michigan, so I got to vote absentee.
But I dunno, maybe the rules are different now or I'm not remembering correctly.
