Too expensive. At this point we have less than 20 people "mildly interested," including a couple of expats around two meet-ups. The Cebu group seems to be a bit more organized. I'm with the Manila group and we managed to scrap around six guys (only one elligible voter).

Don't forget, back home Filipinos generally vote en bloc and are known to overthrow presidents on principle. Let them know about the USCCB voting guidelines and get the word out.
