I got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt on a city street. I was the passenger. The ticket I received was section e in the link below. http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d12/vc27315.htm Curious if it is a valid ticket as I was not on a highway. Any lawyers have any advice. thanks
