Anyone have a transcript of the full response? I'd be surprised if Cooch actually supported legalization himself, and since it would most likely have to be done through voter referendum, I'd be shocked if it legalized here in VA anyway. I do appreciate what comments were quoted though. True...
My recollection is that the bill NEVER MANDATED TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND. It just mandated an non-specified procedural ultrasound scan under the pretense that it would help to better protect the health of one undergoing an abortion, but mostly the supposition by pro-life legislators that it may...
Thats really encouraging to hear. Unfortunately, most of the Tea Partiers in my area are too busy blaming "Paulbots", libertarians and voter fraud for Romney's loss and buying into the media hype that the GOP didn't do enough to reach out to Latino voters.
Here in Virginia Liberty activists could put their efforts towards making the public aware and building support for referendum on the imminent domain amendment.

I'm still leaning toward Cuccinelli being more of an establishment guy.

When I read the headline I thought it was a link to an onion article. Just shows how insane these primary contests are. Nothing beats the news out of West Virginia, though...
As far as being a liberty candidate, I'm still unsure about Cuccinelli. He seems to speak and act out for the Constitution an liberty only when its politically convenient. He was conspicuously silent on the RNC problems and how the VA delegation was treated. He posted a little fluff piece...
I couldn't have said it better myself. While we can make a pretty good educated guess that Ron won't "officially" endorse Gary, I wouldn't trust anything Benton says. Honestly though, I think this is the best Gary is going to get from Ron Paul in terms of an endorsement:
“I think he’s...
You guys should start an "All Hail the king" chant when Romney walks on stage. it will send a message and the drunken baboons who hijacked this convention will probably be stupid enough to take it as a pro-Romney chant.
Don't think that Mittens won't use every dirty trick he's pulled in the Primary race to win the Nov. election. As far as election results go, I'm fully expecting a replay of the 2000 election. It will mostly be the "anyone but Obama" crowd and idiots who think Obama is a good president simply...
I don't give a rats arse who they verbally endorse for political reasons. Their voting record is what counts, and their voting records look pretty good to me. If it gives them even the slightest more clout on the congressional floor to fight effectively for the good guys, then I can live with it.
No surprise here. Just glad its getting some mainstream attention. Yet another way Priebus and the rest of the Republican National Committee are embarrassing their party.
