Trump is helping Rand. Rand therefore is not going to criticize him. I'm telling you - I don't know if it's intentional or not but that's what's going on. Trump's favorite targets so far have been Jeb and Rubio. Until that changes, he's a de facto ally.

He's always been the "pissed off at everybody" type. At least as far back as I can remember. He hates government spending and he hates conservatives who try to fix government spending, he hates waste in the military and he hates libertarians who oppose military waste. He just hates everything.
