Our paper in Richmond, VA did the exact same thing today. Their Commentary section was all about the campaign 2008 and featured Hillary, Obama, Mitt, McCain and Hickabee but no mention of Ron Paul. I wrote them a letter and will cancel my subscription first thing tomorrow.

I think the article is right on. Look at how many times the media makes fun of Ron Paul's supporters when they can't attack him on the issues directly. Had we not given them the ammunition with all those acts of stupidity then they would have had a much harder time tearing our man down.

Thank you for all you've done Bradley. My little bit of experience with some of that bunch confirms your view. Negativity is no fun, but a lot is at stake here and pretending like the staff is doing a brilliant job only because they put in long hours is not going to get the job done.

The straw poll was awesome and everything about the voting seemed to be about as professional as it gets for an informal poll like that. The results were consistent with the crowd's reactions to the various candidate speeches. The article about it in today's Richmond Times-Dispatch is down...
