beforehand it was said democrats take very long and republicans usually finish after 30minutes or one hour. (diferent caucus systems) the democrats had twice as many caucus goers. still democrats reported 90% of the precincts republicans only 67%, and this after 2 hours. ?

what sort of precinct is that ? 3 voters ? it cannot be 3 winner takes all precincts because it says 0% of precincts reportet, meaning only one did so far.
