It's one thing I don't understand: I hear a lot of people saying the program will fail but that doesn't stop the govt from continuing. They have unlimited resources. What does failure look like? In my lifetime, I've seen them just keep throwing more money at the problem. What am I missing?

Perry is the wrong messenger, I seriously doubt he understands the complexities Ron should take the oppurtunity, at the next debate, to ask Perry if he had read "End the Fed".
