I'm betting it will be on Memorial Day because the motorcyle group "Rolling Thunder" will already be in DC at this time. The Rolling Thunder are supporters of POW MIA and are totally against McCain. The will end up helping the Ron Paul movement and are a group of over 600,000 motorcycle riders.
