Rand just used two of Ron's most famous lines (borrow from China to give to Pakistan and instead of blowing up bridges in other countries, build them in ours), with a sly smirk and winking nod to his dad. Love it.

He seems to have said they will maintain their aggressive military posture and will strike if diplomacy (the Russia deal with Syria) fails.

Obama s proof is basically that the Syrian government increased shelling of the area where the gas attack occurred. That's not much proof if you ask me.
