For all those who say to get a lawyer... the only witnesses are the other 12-year-old and the other cop, right? Who do you think is going to win that battle in court? Sadly, unless the incident was caught on one of the cameras in the cop cars, a lawyer would only be a waste of money.

This is a good poll for Ron, but I can't take it seriously with that Giuliani number. Sorry, there's just no way I believe that he's got anywhere close to 16% of likely voters.

Look, all I'm trying to do is isolate the comparison between the federal government's reaction to Texas's challenge of TSA laws and Nazi fucking Germany. If you honestly believe that it makes all the PR sense in the world to say that the DoJ's letter is "more insidious" than the Holocaust...
