At mine I'm unsure, I had to leave early and didn't get to be involved in the delegate discussion. I am thinking at least 7 out of 15. Possibly more. My resolution against the PATRIOT act and military commissions...

Tarzan, you have to remember that the campaign is only running on $6 million and gets no media attention. Compare what's being done in Huckabee's corner, which is dealing with low spending limits, as well, and I'd say the campaign hasn't done a horrible job.
Yeah, at 7 o'clock the caucus, or precinct convention, that elects delegates begins. Be sure to get your voter card stamped after you vote to be able to attend.
