This is not a tax haven, the "president" calls it a "tax heaven". Taxes are simply voluntary. I was excited about this idea until I heard that drugs are not allowed. I'm not a big drug taker but if this is true, it's not a libertarian country by any stretch. Might as well just be Dubai. :(
