We (Oklahoma) had our caucus. This is the process by which delegates are chosen to attend the various county conventions. We still are a super Tuesday primary state. this was just a delegate thing.

All Tulsa County Precincts were required to hold a straw poll as per the Tulsa County GOP precinct directives. I think this straw poll will give a very good indication as to what kind of turn out we will see at the various conventions. You are correct in that we have to wait until super...

We will have straw poll results in Tulsa county some time tomorrow. We wont find out the results until the various county conventions and finally the State and District conventions.

Precinct 49, tulsa county. Straw poll results: 6 votes for ron paul. no other votes for other candidates. 2 of 2 delegate positions filled with ron paul supporters. I did my homework before hand to let the ron paul supporters know that the meeting was tonight.

I think the "straw poll" part is optional depending on the county. It was not a "named form" like the others which were official OK GOP. I know Garfield county did a straw poll too.

I had much better turnout at my meeting than i expected. 6 people including myself! I was elected precinct chairman as well as a delegate to the Tulsa County convention. The results of my straw poll was: 6 votes for Ron Paul :)
