Wouldn't even surprise me if it already is the case. Fox News' Red Eye which airs at 3 AM get only 1,000 less viewers in the key demographic than Lawrence O'Donnell's show which is on during prime time. MSNBC saw an uptick when they served a good role of pointing out all of what was going wrong...

I'm absolutely willing to believe the story. As a college grad, I can say that all that's required to get a good grade is to regurgitate what the professor tells you. Try to think outside the box, or think critically, and you will be made to regret it. It reminds me of the old Japanese proverb...

A million times this, plus rep, etc, etc.... It's hard to believe how many people here are ardently defending Romney's statements. Just because someone does not pay FEDERAL income tax does not mean at all that they don't work their asses off, and that they don't pay plenty of STATE taxes...

Unfortunately, it probably won't happen, then. I remember in 2007 there was some third party that tried to nominate him to be on the ballot in some state and he refused (but I think he showed up on there anyway, I'm not sure on the details). Don't get me wrong, you should keep trying, and see...

A million times this. I would love and support a third party run by Paul as much as any one else here, but as far as I know, it hasn't even been confirmed that there's necessarily any "special announcement" at all, let alone a huge bomb like this.

Definitely. He's succeeded at being the gem in the swamp for decades now. The latest shenanigans at the convention I'm sure have soured him further. I probably would've quit after one term in Congress, personally.

Ron really was rightfully put up for nomination though. Six states/territories put his name up for nomination, one more than what has always been the requirement. It was the completely unprecedented and fraudulent move of switching it to needing 8 states, and somehow having this be effective...
