That's why you never need a draft. If the war were truly worth fighting, you'd better believe we'd be able to get enough volunteers. Are you kidding me? I'll even bring my own guns to a war to defend my actual liberty. A war to destroy it throughout the world, I think not.
I'd be labeled as a draft-dodger for sure. I wouldn't kill anyone, but I wouldn't violently resist. I'd rather rot in jail than fight in a meaninless war. They can't force me to the front lines, can they? I would just make sure I buried my gold somewhere before I left.
This thread is pointless. If you want to consider Lew Rockwell and people like him as a threat to the campaign, you can take me right out as well. LRC and the Mises Institute are where my loyalties lie.
You never know about McCain...if he's cut way back on his campaign spending, he still has a decent amount of change coming in the door. Those McCain supporters can be a stubborn bunch.
For Romney, it doesn't really matter how much he spends, he'll always have his hundreds of millions to bail...
