For me, the issue isn't about the reasons for a postponement. It's that the votes from that postponed county will apparently not be counted.

I get that, but some people here perpetuate this 'losing' mentality without realizing that they have the means which to build upon the success the campaign has had and the means to improve what the campaign does poorly. Instead it gets wasted and people sink into bitterness and fatalism.

There is a sense of fatalism around these boards that comes up after each caucus/primary, and it follows bad logic: 1. media hates rp 2. to get around that you have to campaign 3. it doesn't matter because the media hates rp and voters are dumb 4. it's 'hopeless' because there's a conspiracy...

I am still in awe that Rand managed to win Kentucky at all. What with the media and the GOP establishment. THAT alone is an incredible sign and why I am still enthusiastic about politics. His campaigning effectiveness is much better than Ron's even though Ron's overall platform is superior...
