Will Ron Paul ever visit MA?

In case you missed it, he came to URI, which is a good hour into Rhode Island but totally worth the drive! I went right after work in Burlington, MA and it took me a couple of hours. Seeing him in person is awesome!

THE DEFINITIVE THREAD Breaking-Santorum calls news conference for 2:00 Is he dropping?

I wonder if the Romney campaign has started courting former Santorum delegates yet. If our campaign isn't doing the same we'd better get on top of that *immediately*. We should have a targeted mailing talking about the awesome cooperation between the Santorum and Paul campaigns in Washington...

THE DEFINITIVE THREAD Breaking-Santorum calls news conference for 2:00 Is he dropping?

I'm not sure that's true - they aren't unbound until he formally RELEASES them, and if you notice, he officially SUSPENDED his campaign, he didn't end it. I wonder if Huntsman still has his two delegates from when he suspended his campaign...

Rand Paul cut off this morning on Sirius/XM POTUS interview

I was just thinking this morning when that happened that the TV studios probably have a funny name for these planned "technical difficulties" too. Like I can totally see the producer sitting just off mic saying "OK, get ready for it... steady... steady... OK now - RABBIT EARS, BEND THE RABBIT...

Why is everyone acting like we lost already?

I would agree if it weren't for the fact that the media keeps reporting Romney "won the Virgin Islands" because he got the most delegates. The lengths they'll go to in order to spin what happens to benefit Romney are amazing!

Rand Paul cut off this morning on Sirius/XM POTUS interview

I've definitely noticed that too - any time he's got positive news to talk about, especially when it's something more positive than what someone like Romney can report, they "experience technical difficulties" and cut away to "the Romney camp", even if "the Romney camp" consists of an empty...

Rand Paul cut off this morning on Sirius/XM POTUS interview

Yeah, I remember that one too - that guy just got charged actually.

Why is everyone acting like we lost already?

In response to fj45lvr, the only state Ron Paul has won so far is the Virgin Islands, but he's said to have gotten a plurality of delegates in at least 4 states so far.

Rand Paul cut off this morning on Sirius/XM POTUS interview

Tim Farley had Rand Paul on this morning. He mentioned that Rand was going to talk about three things - the JOBS act, the recent Supreme Court drama around Obama telling them how they should vote, and then Ron Paul's campaign. Amazingly, they had "technical difficulties" and lost their...

According to the New Yorker, Romney will get 1,122 delegates

Doesn't work that way - Romney delegates don't actually have to physically "vote" - they are hard-pledged so their votes are counted before the convention even opens. All you get for walking out is you lose your ability to vote for Ron Paul on the 2nd ballot.

Why is everyone acting like we lost already?

I don't mind giving more money, but I would really like to see the campaign change the way they are spending it. At this point there should be no question about "electability", there should be a commercial out there talking about his 12 terms in the house, and the fact that the polls say he...

Photos: Ron Paul draws huge crowds in California

Now hopefully every one of these college kids not only vote in the primary, but call home and tell their parents to vote for Dr. Paul as well! We need to start translating these huge crowds into actual votes!

    POTUS on Sirius/XM

Ummm... I suck at Math, but wouldn't that only scratch 1/10th of the deficit? We're over $16T, and that's only $1.6T, right?

    POTUS on Sirius/XM

Yeah, I really like that channel. Back 9 months ago I would try to slip a Paul reference in there every time I called into Pete Domenick's show, and he would immediately shoot it down by saying something like "well do you not like the civil rights act of 1964?" or some crap like that. Now he...

    Who's the most conservative candidate?

Actually I think if you look at the VoteView data up through 2004 Ron is #1. There's a sample query that someone put together to answer whether John "Heinz" Kerry is a Liberal that shows the same stats but over a different time period. http://voteview.com/Is_John_Kerry_A_Liberal.htm Scroll...
