As Dr. Paul is fond of saying--if you think the Constitution is wrong, there's a way to change it that is proper. It's called an amendment. Attempting to reinterpret the document to fit anyone's agenda--whether the intentions be good or bad--is just plain wrong.
When you talk out of your ass about something you know nothing about--that is, the law--I don't take kindly to it (as an attorney). If you continuously make statements about the law that are patently false, you make us all look bad.
