Hey man, hope all is well with you.
I was just a bit confused about something regarding American history, and thought maybe you could clear it up. I don't claim to know too much about it, but I have been trying to read a bit into it over the last few years for understanding.
I thought the Anti-Federalists were actively opposed to the constitution and the idea of a central government. As I understand it, Most of them accepted the constitution after the Bill of Rights was added, but they ultimately still opposed and denounced the idea of federalizing the states, which seems to be the fundamental political purpose of the constitution.
I'm curious as to why your support for the constitution is so strong, and you represent the title "Anti-Federalist"? Is my understanding of history a bit flawed? Would you prefer the AoC to the Constitution?
It was on my mind, so I thought I'd ask for some clarification. Cheers!
