On 3/4/08, you said, "Our county platform is extremely libertarian thanks to RP volunteers." Are county platforms allowed under party rules? Did you have to file as a PAC to stray from or add to the prescribed state platform?

We're wanting to create a county platform to hold local officials accountable since the state platform doesn't seem to account for county-level activities. Any info you can give is appreciated.
