WND picks Tancreado and belittles Ron Paul

yeah screw that idiot. Funny how he syas ron is dead wrong on islam, yet he voted to go to afgahnistan. I will never go to that site again.

That's where I will conclude my list of evil contenders for the presidency. There are some others who are misguided – like Tommy Thompson and Ron Paul. Besides not standing a chance, Thompson has just been around government too long, and Paul is so dead wrong about the real threat of Islamo-fascism to the security of our nation he has rendered his otherwise impeccable congressional voting record irrelevant.

Look. The man believes Terrorists hate us becuase we are free.

I posted this on the other link (why two thread by same author?)

----------------------------

What an idiot. First he talks about how the limitation of power makes it not matter who is president. Then he says he can't support Paul because of Islamic Terror.

Umm - one of the limitations of power is congress declares war.

What a frigging tool!

Joseph Farrah did use to be one of us. He started wnd because he was doing battle with the IRS. He received enough funds to take care of that problem and is now big time.

"Big time" does funny things to folks, money and power corrupt and you know the rest of the story.

He knows on what side his bread is buttered, and he also knows Tancreado doesn't have a chance in hell.....so Mr. Farrah feels safe in his choice!

Back in the day this site talked as if G.W. Bush was the savior of America. This guy is all over the place...a result of not standing on principle.

If Tancredo drops out before Paul, I still think he'd support Ron Paul. No other candidate is even close (other than Duncan Hunter) to Farrah's views on immigration, NAFTA Superhighway, abortion and other subjects.

Still, this is disappointing. I subscribe to Whistleblower, and I've always thought RP's views are pretty much in line with Farrah's.

He also slams McCain on one of the rare things he's done right lately (the torture ban). I can do without this guy's endorsement.

I know WHY Farah picked Tancredo
No offense, just comic relief!

Short People got no reason
Short People got no reason
Short People got no reason
To live

They got little hands
And little eyes
And they walk around
Tellin' great big lies
They got little noses
And tiny little teeth
They wear platform shoes
On their nasty little feet

Well, I don't want no Short People
Don't want no Short People
Don't want no Short People
Round here

Short People are just the same
As you and I
(A Fool Such As I)
All men are brothers
Until the day they die
(It's A Wonderful World)

Short People got nobody
Short People got nobody
Short People got nobody
To love

They got little baby legs
And they stand so low
You got to pick 'em up
Just to say hello
They got little cars
That go beep, beep, beep
They got little voices
Goin' peep, peep, peep
They got grubby little fingers
And dirty little minds
They're gonna get you every time
Well, I don't want no Short People
Don't want no Short People
Don't want no Short People
'Round here

Calling a spade a spade

WND....I went to that site once and never went back. The website consists of so much pro-Israel propoganda and religious false doctrines it made my head spin. This guy is not for real, is sold out, and is a charlatan. He is a pseudo-spiritualist, and opportunist, and is a globalist pundit. Just like so many so called spiritual leaders of our day and throughout history. Gotta call a spade a spade.

I believe Islamo-Fascism is real and it hates all things non-Islamic. However, the ideology came about as a reaction to the UK and US going into the Middle East after WW1 to build nations, set up borders and install governments.

The Founding Father's advice was not followed then and we've done everything, but follow it ever since.

I guess Joseph Farah is drinking the Glenn Beck, fear-mongering kool-aid...
Sure, the Islamists are becoming more radical then ever, but rather than look at the reasons why and what options we have, they look at Gaza, Hezbollah, and Khomeni's Iran, and say "Holy S$*!", we'd better go in and take them out. Start talking about historical events (Shah of Iran, OBL getting US arms and $$, etc.) and it's like they stick their fingers in the ears...

Look, Israel pulled out of Gaza, and now Fatah and Hamas are killing each other. GENIUS!! Oh wait, that's right. No oil in Gaza....forgot. And if we were all thriving on nuclear power and electric cars, we wouldn't be stuck in Iraq either. WMD search complete, Kurds freed, Saddam dead, looks like we're done.

People will not prescribe to a war that simply protects our economic interests, because they know that it is not a "just war". However, paint the right picture of the enemy, and America will pull out the yellow ribbons. This is where the Glenn Beck's, Lieberman's, and Limbaugh's come in.

I had this debate with a family member, and finaly asked him why haven't we declared war against Islam. Based on the reasoning, Isn't that the enemy?? Again, another illogical end result that he couldn't even answer...

I seem to recall Farrah write a screed against the proposal of a Homeland Security

Department back in the late 90s under Clinton, calling it a plot of a national police force to take away our gun rights. Clinton proposed it because of the threat he perceived from terrorism.

You must understand, conservatives like Farrah, they will swallow almost anything if a republican is in charge, but they will change their tune dramatically if a democrat is in charge. A republican may trample on the 4th amendment in the name of "security," but a democrat may be prone to trample on the 2nd amendment in the name of "security."

How do you think Farrah would react if Hillary Clinton used a "Fort Dix" incident to propose DHS become involved in regulating gun sales and gun ownership, using the threat of terrorism as the pretext. Da ya think Farrah would go for that? What do you think he would whine about. Ahh, Hillary is using terrorism as a pretext to take away our gun rights. He would look at fort Dix and write, "these were just 4 whack jobs who were going to attack a US Military training installation disguised as pizza delivery men. These bozos never would have made it that far, they would, at best, only ended up trying to shoot up a convenience store which is exactly why Americans need there 2nd Amendent rights to protect and defend themselves, so they could fire back..."

The Bill of Rights is not an al a carte menu you can pick and choose from, especially depending on what political party is in control. Most reasonable people would see that to be a much greater threat than the threat of "Islamofascism."
