I think after 3 years of a potentially unpopular Obama administration and no real significant platform changes with the Republicans there will be lots of disaffected Republicans and Democrats beginning to see the light on the priority of non-partisan issues like the Fed, balanced budgets, anti-war, etc. This platform would SCREAM non-partisan and would give RP a pass on his age if he were willing to be the VP since people don't really make age an issue with the VP candidate. Kucinich will be a young 63-ish.

Think of how much crap McCain got for his age this year...Paul will be 4 years older than that in 2012.

he could garner my vote a.s.a.p if i don't like the alternatives at the tyme!:D

I don't understand how Kucinich carries a Constitution with him everywhere he goes but wants to handicap the second amendment.

The ability to throw off our governement is necessary to the security of a free state. I would think that he would understand the founders put it into the Constitution not so people could hunt.

what if the rEVOLUTIOn gives RON PAUL these options...?

(1.) baldwin/paul
(2.) kucinich/paul
(3.) nader/paul
(4.) barr/paul
(5.) goldwater jr/paul

the way votes here sometimes divide...
the way votes in the general election can
deny the BIG TWO their assumed leads

did bob barr deny mccain indiana and n.c or georgia?
could dennis kucinich cut into all gore + kerry + obama blues?
chuck baldwin is one of the younger contenders, what if he finds his stride!

if we conceptualize this all as having been one huge 'goldfish' bowl gauntlet run...this terribly long election year...!!!

why not have SEVERAL dark horses up in the BACK PASTURE? like if nader pulls out and away
for once, wouldn't cynthia mckinney then be more pivotal?

I think Kucinich is viable if Obama just doesn't go far enough in creating Socialism/Communism in the US and we just want to put the final nail in the coffin.

Great plan.

ross perot or sarah palin or mitt romney? like if we think conventionally, like we do always now IGNOR thahhh JEB! thankfully??? had the market not dipped, would media talking heads now opinion on jeb bush and a CLEAR field? or bob barr or mike huckabee...? like are we into a 'ronulan' approach with CLASSIC STAR TREK cloaking mechanism or do we go doctrinaire and party line? again...

what if somehow in 2012 barry goldwater junior emulates his father's run in 1964, i'd think that in order to ensure a goldwater victory, were young mr. kucinich to run with ron paul as ms. hillary AVOIDs taking on HER potus from her cabinet perch, that indeedy DENNIS KUCINICH could DIVIDE up all the left of center liberals and make inroads into BARACK OBAMA's next run. this assumes hillary C. plays 'nice'...and not astutely agressively. hense ~~~the politically incorrect assessment above via a quoting button i am cognicent of! hillary hath her cards held close to bosom and breast, greatly. she knows people in washington, d.c! call this a possible SCENARIO! ...or am i toooo edwin o'conner and "last hurrah"? and into yesteryear's politicos an' politics?

tis a neat&succinct video here... http://www.bostonteaparty08.com/ i gotta think... did i locally have an INTREPID boston tea party candidate
on MY ballot concerning the senate seat john kerry just defended via a 63% and a 70% vote or so? like i do KNOW
i did VOTE for the LP PARTY libertarian guy rather than the republican...so...

if i run as a most above the mason/dixon line libertarian abolitionist in the best way... and EXPLAIN the events that transpired prior to 1773 happily, and opinion on about OUR local political scene rather nicely in my unique aratus way, being that i am very logical and succinct...

dare i run or am i too gonzo and obtuse? dare i send campaing workers around with modernized versions of my own unique gonzo opinion polls? could i actually develop a political organization able to at least EMULATE what ross perot once did in My home state? do i have an intrepid supply of political quotes that MY states DEMOCRATs and REPUBLICANs made in the 1800s that might shed an insight into our troubled tymes? i do wonder!!! i know i can be perceptive!

I have the utmost respect for Congressman Kucinich but could never vote for him.

But Kucinich-Paul could focus on the four-point trans-party agenda of

1. End the Fed
2. Restore Civil Liberties
3. Stop Foreign Interventionism
4. Balance Budget Amendment

Wouldn't we take this for accomplishments for 2013-2016?

After this economic debacle the two of them would be able to sell the idea to a hundred million people. Not just the 1.2 million that embraced it this past year. It would be a classic statement to pair an extreme liberal and an extreme conservative to expose the two party sham.

Sounds great to me, where do I sign up?

all of those tickets would be a major FAIL.

#2 would spread the message big time and get loads of press coverage.

That's why I'm suggesting RP take the VP slot straight up. They announce at the beginning of the primary season or before. I don't think his age will be an issue in the VP slot. PLUS this time it's more about the issues since people now finally know ther's something real fishy with the banks and the Congress. I know most of us would vote for RP even if he was 104 years old.

Remember what the MsM did to DK?

When his name came up,all they ever talked about was ufo's,and how hot his wife is.
The guy never stood a chance, and the only reason Dr.Paul lasted as long as he did was because of us.

Dont get me wrong,i would love a Paul/DK ticket, but until America turns off the boob tube, and actually researches political positions,we are just pissing in the wind with this ticket.

My suggestion:
Dr.Paul should learn to be ventriloquist.Create a good looking dummy, and speak through it to the herds. That is how we win :D
