Who and which states are pro-REAL ID?

It's easy to find a list of states that have enacted legislation against REAL ID in one form or another - it is much harder to find out which states are pro-REAL ID or are at least bending over and implementing it.

So far, I know that CA and NC are vehemently pro-REAL ID. Does anyone know a good link to others?

If this SC Op/Ed is any indication, TPTB there are squarely aligning with Real ID.

Don't fight REAL ID

The General Assembly should stop opposing the REAL ID law this year and work with federal officials to make the state's driver's licenses more secure.

Within the next few years, the state won't have much choice.

Last week, the Department of Homeland Security issued new rules phasing in the REAL ID Act, which was passed by Congress in 2005. State opposition has pushed back the implementation of the law, but it can't postpone it indefinitely, and it shouldn't.
