Which companies are able to deliver physical gold nowadays?

I'm curious what your experiences are - which companies are able to actually deliver on orders these days without delays?

APMEX has gold Eagles and Maple Leafs "live and ready to ship"

I'm sure there are others. Maybe shop around (Kitco, Bullion Direct) and call if unsure about delivery times.

Also eBay sellers of course almost always ship immediately but the prices aren't exactly competitive.
