Free and Equal Elections Foundation today announced the political correspondents for the 2012 Presidential debate: Katrina vanden Heuvel of The Nation, Ben Swann of WXIX Fox 19, Josh Tolley of The Josh Tolley Show, and Thom Hartmann of RT.
Hosted by Free & Equal, this historic debate will take place on October 23 at the Hilton Chicago in the International Room. Correspondents will begin coverage at 6:30pm CDT, and the debate will run from 8:00pm to 9:30pm CDT. Larry King, host of Larry King Now on Hulu.com and Ora TV, will serve as moderator.
“We are thrilled to have these renowned and respected journalists serve as the debate’s political correspondents,” stated Christina Tobin, founder and chair of Free & Equal. “Uniting honest media, honest organizations, and honest public figures across the political spectrum for this historic event is the beginning of a movement to shift the power of government back to the people.”
