McCain is a natural born citizen STATUTORILY, but not constitutionally---he could still be challenged on this.

It is very well settled that it he is a natural born citizen and it does not matter if it is from a statute, the constitution, or common law. Any judge would throw the case out and not even bother looking at it because it would be a waste of time. He is a natural born citizen no matter how much we dislike him.

Sabrin on the other hand is definitely a naturalized citizen and ineligible to be president or vice president. But he can be a senator.

No, no thanks I actually just came back from a trip there and I couldn't be happier to be home. Aside from filling up on the Parkway at $3.17/gallon (and waiting in line for 45 mins to get it) Jersey just doesn't do it for me.

That's what I thought lol. The Democrats have clusterfucked this state. Would the GOP do any better? Not much. We all know how most love to cut corporate taxes and cater to corporate interests, despite their rhetoric and pervertion of free market principles.
