What are you doing to prepare for an economic collapse?

Are you buying gold/silver?

What about those of you who are young and don't have a lot of capital to invest in metals?

I am not looking forward to this inflationary hell that's coming and I'm wondering how others are dealing with it mentally.

If you don't have enough money for a lot of gold and silver, remember food and other consumables are also a hedge against inflation. I'm just working on getting enough stuff to last me from the time the shtf until the dollar is replaced by something more stable.

Facilitating juice fermentation.

I like the term, lol. Of course if you refine your juice fermentation thru heat application you are in violation of the law. If you facilitate your juice fermentation without the application of 175 degree heat and facilitate less than 200 gallons per year, you may be ok?

Buying/storing extra food. If I had more wealth to protect I would buy silver, I'll probably end up buying some but its not a priority.

And what happens with the food stashes when suddenly all your friends and people around you are hungry including children? It won't last long because trouble and hardship brings out both the heroic and the bastardo in people. So if you are a hero you share your food and if you are bastard you eat it secretly. Catherine Austin Fitts has the right idea..organize socially in advance. Community is the only thing that will save us. Our true character emerges in a crisis...whats it gonna be?

Don't have a lot of money, so I'm not doing anything at the moment.
