This is only a local media report. All of the national media outlets are reporting nothing for the Republicans in Washington yet.
 
i'll wait for the final numbers....at one point MN had said RP had 37% but after the final count it was more like 15%

NO, 2 delegates per congressional district are available today, 18 total However, these delegates are only "morally bound," so we still make sure they are RP delegates. Although I doubt delegates for other candidates that are "morally" bound to RP, would choose to be immoral.

Is there any other site with these numbers?

E. WASH. - Thousands turned out as Precinct Caucuses for the Democratic and Republican Parties were held Saturday at various locations throughout the area. The Spokane Democratic Chair reported seeing double the number of usual voter turn out some precincts, even triple in some places such as the 4th Legislative District.

Republican Caucus Results: With 40% of the precincts reporting - Ron Paul 49%, Mike Huckabee 21%, John Mccain 16%. Democratic Caucus Results: No clear lead with only 15% precincts reporting. Statewide Caucus Results: The Associated Press is reporting that with 24% of results in, Barack Obama was winning 65% of delegates to Hillary Clinton's 33%.
