I was in a graduate macro econ class tonight and the professor mentioned Ron Paul a good four or five times. I certainly was surprised to hear that. Granted, he indicated that Ron Paul's views are 'interesting but too extreme', but at least people are talking about him.

Heh well, I diplomatically explained that I support Paul. If you know the price of graduate programs these days, you'll understand why I don't try to debate the professor in the middle of a lecture.

You need to stand up for Dr. Paul and the cause of Liberty. I always ask those people, "like what?" (when they say his positions are "extreme") Usually it's easy to refute everything they say with facts, logic, common sense, history, or *gasp* the Constitution.
