Abusive Border Patrol Agents w/ Nun Chucks at NM Checkpoint

I first stumbled across this pastor over a year ago. He and fellow church members went to the March in DC.

I just made a blog about it over at CFL. Hopefully they will put it on the front page so this gets more attention.

Here is a sermon he did in February called "How to Handle Abusive Government." He gets into the Constitution and talks about prior run-ins with the Border Patrol.

That was shocking!!!

But sadly many people who don't give a f about the rights and constitution are going to blame him for not 'co-operating'

that is fuckin pathetic. the dogs bark when they sense something dont they??? or do they sit and lick their balls? fuckin pathetic.

If this is true - he needs to sue!!! This needs exposure.

Yea I am trying to get him to hook up with Ernie in Phoenix.

I'm not even surprised anymore at these types of accounts. Anytime someone sticks up for their rights they get smothered. :(

I wish our technology was so advanced that everyone had privately owned video cameras everywhere on their persons and property(vehicles).

Check out this video from the same guy, he's obviously on a mission: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFS7oZtE8Ks&feature=channel

Let me just say, as a Minuteman who patrols the border and works with the border patrol, this is upsetting. I've passed through border checks hundreds of times and have never been stopped. I don't know why they stop some people and not others. This is a question I'd like answered.

Actually, dogs can be trained to sit still and wag their tails when they smell something that they're trained to find, as opposed to barking when finding something - but it sounds like the border agents were unloading bullshit anyway.

Obviously they were. They didn't find anything.

VE NEED TO ZE ZA PAPERZ PLEASE!

That's the only upsetting part...

I think you get stopped if you show any signs of having constitutional principles.

Sorry about what happened but the video is not going to get much views because he didn't record what happened like Steve from CFL did.

What I am saying is that I've never been stopped. Period. Nothing. Just slow down, and then speed up. Nothing else.

No idea.

I imagine the guy has been through many checkpoints as well. It may be because he doesn't roll his window down the few times he is stopped.

I really do not like how they can be trained to alert the officer with any number of things. Doing things that dogs normally do does not indicate anything. He barked/panted/scratched/walked in a circle; big deal. When a dog says, "dude, there is a dead body in the car" then I may listen.

Maybe he won't be able to speak on Sunday after all, as I hoped he would, 'cause of the lack of sleep (all those nightmares of the event replaying in his dreams) and those awful re-occurring headaches from the head injury he sustained in the beating(s) by government agents...

Got lawyers?
