I just shocked my self when I looked up the voter turnout for 2008:
Year -- Voting-age population -- Voter turnout
2008 -- 231,229,580 -- 132,618,580 -- 56.8%

So it got me thinking. How do we figure out who didn't care to vote last time around and reach those people and motivate them to vote for Ron?
